We find most of our bookings these days are by email. If you are booking well ahead and require a written confirmation we can supply this. A deposit of 30% of the total cost secures your booking and the balance falls due 4 weeks before arrival. We will provide bank details for a transfer of monies, or you can send a cheque made out to Mrs Ruth Pitts-Tucker (we will supply the address).
If you have to cancel the booking, the deposit is non-refundable, but if you have paid the balance and we are able to relet, we will refund the balance.
Arrival and departure
We ask you to arrive after 4pm and leave before 10am. This gives us enough time to prepare the barn for the next people.
Number of guests
No more than 2 people should occupy the property – and no pets are allowed.
This is a non-smoking property.
Looking after Hope Farm House Barn
We expect you to take care of our property and the things in it, and to leave it as clean and tidy as you find it. We will charge for breakages and any extra cleaning required.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless it is proven to have been caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
